Perhaps the hotel's most memorable feature, La Trinquette restaurant perches on the end of a sandy spit, with the ocean lapping all around. Paul et Virginie's other restaurant, Isle de France, also commands entrancing views across the lagoon, and the mix of local flavours, spices and colours is equally appealing.
